1. Download the "Flow Delivery - Groceries" app.
2. Enter your phone number to create an account or login.
3. Select your desired store to shop from. Our first grocery store partnership is with Q Market (Quality Foods)!
Note: Some stores, like Q Market, require you to order your groceries on their website for Flow Delivery pickup. A website account with the store will be required to place an order. Flow's app will indicate if website orders apply to your selected store.
4. Click continue and select your desired delivery date & time in the Flow app. After placing your order request, you will be redirected to the store's website to place your grocery order.
5. Log into the store's website and schedule your order with the same date and time selected in the Flow app.
6. In the Delivery section of the store's website, select "Pickup via Flow Delivery".
7. After order is paid and confirmed, Flow will be notified to pickup and deliver your order!
