1. Call Flow Delivery (833) 215-3569 (FLOW) or message us on Facebook to request a grocery delivery. A Flow representative will assist you with scheduling your delivery.
2. Select your desired store to shop from. Our first grocery store partner is Q Market (Quality Foods)!
Note: Some stores, like Q Market, require you to order your groceries on their website for Flow Delivery pickup. A website account with the store will be required to place an order. Flow's app will indicate if website orders apply to your selected store.
3. Choose an available delivery date and time with the Flow representative.
4. Confirm delivery address and payment details with the Flow representative.
5. Once delivery is confirmed, log into the store's website and shop for your groceries.
6. Once you have selected your groceries on the store's website, proceed to checkout and enter your information.
7. In the "Receiving you Order" section of the store's website, select "via Flow Delivery" as your order type.
8. For your delivery schedule details, choose the same day and time you chose with the Flow representative.
9. After order is paid and confirmed, Flow will be notified to pickup and deliver your order!
