1. Reserve your delivery. Reserve online or call (833) 998-3648.

2. Shop online at Q Market. Log in or register, shop for your groceries, and select "via Flow Delivery" as your order type at checkout. Choose the same delivery date and time confirmed with Flow.

3. Receive your groceries. Q Market prepares your order, and Flow Delivery picks it up and delivers it!
